As Alina’s primary technical decision-maker, I lead four engineers and coordinate across product, go-to-market, support, and executive teams. We advanced a hackathon prototype into a SKED-integrated voice scheduling product serving chiropractic offices in production.

I built a reusable TypeScript and AWS platform around generated OpenAPI clients and namespaced ElevenLabs reconciliation. Robust, versioned agent and configuration deployments now take about 30 seconds, making it possible to redeploy the fleet in minutes.

Production quality is measured as well as observed: the voice-agent suite grew from 32 to 84 passing scenarios across six workflows, catching prompt and tool regressions that previously required nuanced manual testing.

At Kollacode, I led development of EDIT, an enterprise ETL platform processing more than 6,000 data loads annually for IBM Marketing. The platform reduced processing time from eight hours to 30 minutes.

Other work ranged from moving client-side data processing into Web Workers—cutting latency from minutes to milliseconds—to building an automated REST documentation generator that converts TypeScript types into JSON Schema for OpenAPI.
